It uses 2 onions, mayo, sour cream, cream cheese, cayenne pepper plus a few additional ingredients. It is thick enough to to keep all the wonderful caramelized onions from sinking too far into the dip. I always get such compliments. It is easy to find on the internet. Think I might try adding the roasted garlic too. I think I would try it without the additional seasoning, except or a little s+p if needed. Let the natural flavors shine through. Another thought I had as I read your tasting notes was maybe to pulse the onions and garlic a little before blending into the mix.FOODaloguehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15355740020698779655noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4226469055147549062.post-81641009476237347442011-09-04T02:50:17.663-07:002011-09-04T02:50:17.663-07:00Wow Debby...thats a lovely dip ideaWow Debby...thats a lovely dip ideaPriyankahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01722518112265072571noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4226469055147549062.post-28153630559586974172011-09-03T18:15:11.221-07:002011-09-03T18:15:11.221-07:00Mmmm this does sound really good.
